Payment
PayPal: Easy payment method which is very safe and secure. When using PayPal your item is covered by the PayPal Payment Protection programme up to the value of £500.
Cheques: We accept both personal and business cheques. Please make all cheques payable to Palo. Please allow 4-5 working days for the cheque to clear once received. Upon clearance the goods will be dispatched to you.
Postal Orders: Sent at your own risk. We suggest using Royal Mail Special or Recorded delivery, to ensure that any loss can be compensated for. Please make postal orders payable to Palo.
Shipping
We use Royal Mail as our main carrier and the majority of UK orders arrive within 1 - 2 days of the order being placed and paid for. All items are sent 1st class.
Postage and packing charges are shown in the listing. We will only ship to the countries indicated within the listing details. Multiple purchases will be eligible for a postage discount.
Returns
If for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your item, please contact us and we will always do our best to try and rectify any issues that you may have. Items which are faulty or damaged can be returned within seven days of the date of purchase.
