Delivery

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Overnight orders take 24 hours for delivery. If ordered by 3.pm sameday If you would like next day delivery, please call your order through on 01299 825438 (open 24 hours).

Post & Packaging (for UK and Northern Ireland)

1st class usually 1-2 working days see auction details

Post & Packaging (for international orders)

We will email you the shipping quote as each parcel is based on destination and weight.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not totally satisfied with the goods for any reason, return them within 30 days and we'll exchange them or refund your money. We can only accept items that have not been used.

During the Christmas season, we are extending the returns policy if the products you would like to return were a gift. email us for details before purchasing if it is a gift

We recommend that you return items via registered mail. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Please note that return postage will not be refunded. Should you be sent a faulty item, we will of course reimburse you fully.

Returns policy in the sale only

The customer is entitled to a full product refund if goods are returned within 7 working days of receipt. After that, credit notes or exchanges only.
